Health Support Systems and Medical Logistics will look at the technologies and systems that have the potential to make a real difference to Combat Casualty Care and Medical Force Readiness:

• The integration challenges of medical IT and how these can be overcome at a national and coalition level with case studies from the UK MoD and US DoD
• How the medical supply chain can be managed to deliver vital equipment quicker and at a lower cost with an in-depth analysis from the Commanding Officer of the Medical Material Center for Europe
• The main challenges to supplying operation threatre and how these can be eased with a briefing from the UK MoD
• Increasing medical force readiness and how services can adapt to work more efficiently with emerging Health Support Systems and coalition partners with briefings from Key NATO bodies
• The evolving use of and place for Telemedicine and simulation in supporting front line medical forces in pre-deployment training and rehabilitation of wounded soldiers
