Letter to the Heads of the National Military Medical Services

One problem is that, apart from the information that is passed on as a result of personal contacts made in the field, there is no general or detailed data on the structure and equipment of the various military medical services available in the public domain.
The publishing house Beta-Verlag in Bonn has decided to conduct a survey and offer all military medical services throughout the world a forum through which they will have the opportunity to showcase themselves and publish facts and information about their work ( in a form consistent with that used in “The World Defence Almanac”, for example ) with the aim of promoting better understanding.
The survey will sign a comprehensive picture of the military medical services worldwide and is planning to publish by autumn 2010.

Meanwhile I received a lot of informations from the various countries with great consent and interest in this project.
If you are interested in participation on this survey too, please ask for detailed documents at lutz.bandekow@mci-forum.com
Should you have any questions concerning the survey, please do not hesitate to contact me at my email address above. I should like to thank you in advance for your support and co-operation.

With comradely and colleageal greetings,

Lutz Bandekow MD
Brigadier General MC (ret.)
